Malaysian Furniture and Furnishings Fair

The Malaysian Furniture and Furnishings Fair (MF3), that’s from July 27 to 29 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, is going to be a feast for home decorators. The fair is open from 10.30am to 9pm daily, as well as the admission is free.

The fair offers export-quality furniture and furnishing products at factory prices, as 70% of the products sold at the exhibition is going to be supplied directly by local manufacturers. It’s the objective of the fair that consumers retain to their budget and walk away with high quality products.

MF3, the home furniture fair this year, is brought to you by the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Furniture Entrepreneur Association (KLSFEA); they are the primary umbrella system for the furniture industry in the state. It’s objective for the fair is to ensure sustainable development, bringing high quality and affordable home furniture and furnishing products to homeowners.

This year, MF3 has specific orange as the theme colour, a colour that’s energetic, warm, rich and cheerful. It goes together from the friendly MUMBO, the mascot that symbolises steadiness, strength, vitality, celebration and congeniality. It also represents the numerous types of furniture that will be found at MF3.

MF3 brings together distributors of imported brands from as far as the United States and Europe on top of the high quality local furniture manufacturers who are going to taking part.

MF3 offers a wellspring of information and tips on transforming home styles. It’s one of the greatest platforms to catch up with the latest trends, and enhance home furniture and furnishing needs.

This year, the organiser has invited the nationally renowned interior designer, Eric Leong, to spearhead the creative direction of MF3. Leong will host a Power Station at the fair to feature a masterpiece work that reflects the latest furnishing trends in 2012 – an inspiration for all homeowners who are searching to stay in-touch from the most up-to-date home styles.

Even much more exciting is the pieces at the Power Station ensemble will be given out to lucky winners at a draw during the fair.
