You could be busy, You could be out-of-town. You could forget. So, it’s easier to pay ahead for your water bill.
You can choose how much you wish to pre-pay. The amount will be credited into your on-line water account. We will automatically deduct your bill amount from your available PBAPP PREPAID credit; and provides you with an update in every water bill.
You may make a PBAPP PREPAID transaction at any of our 9 customer service centres in Penang. Or you can also use make a pre-payment using the PBAPP ONLINE facility.
