Papaya Tea Good for Gout

This is a really effective, just mix green papaya cubes to the ordinary green tea, my cousin brother tried and found it very effective. I have also shared with a friend with gout to try this (his “toe joints” started to deform), after a week of drinking this formula there is significant improvement, after two weeks the toe joints heal and revert to normal state. It is almost three years now, the joint pain is gone, but he maintain the intake between 1-3 times monthly to avoid relapse.

Other friends suffering from years of gout problem have also recovered. It is good for all, even those without gout.

Good formula! Do share with the people in need!
An improved sequence by Professor Lai from the China School of Pharmacy :

將青木瓜切成丁放入水中煮沸後才放入茶葉，泡茶過程和一般茶葉相同。
據實際臨床經驗效果更佳，而且治療尿酸效果更佳(須常期喝)

Cut green papaya into small cubes, place into the water, bring to boil, then add green tea leaves, similar to the tea-making process. Clinical tests show that this brings better effects for treatment of gout, subject to frequent drinking of this formula.

Mr Liu Qing, Chief of the Rende Town in Tainan, was suffering for years from severe stomach pain around the posterior wall of stomach. He used green papaya as a tea pot to prepare the family tea daily, after a month his chronic disease condition was much improved. His family members with high uric acid were also healed by the same papaya tea. For this Mr Liu planted a lot of papaya to share with relatives and friends with similar sickness.

According to Mr Liu, in selection of the Green Papaya as tea pot, pick those whose shape are fat and short, with larger capacity. Cut off the top part of the papaya, clear away the seeds, open a small hole at the upper side wall to facilitate pouring of tea. Create a small ventilation hole at top cover, put in the tea leaves, pour in boiling water, place the top cover back to papaya, you may use the toothpicks to secure the top cover. Similar to normal process of preparing tea.

Liu like to use Oolong tea as the taste is good. He was pleasantly surprised that the stomach pains he suffered for many years was healed after a month of drinking tea from the green papaya pot, without taking any other medication. He passed some green papaya leaves to a friend who worked at a Medical Center to test and analyse the content. The tests confirmed that healthy the enzyme present in papaya is beneficial to human health. Now as papaya in Mr Liu’s orchard is yeilding suitable size fruit, he would share the fruits with family and friends.

Xu Fuchang, an experienced papaya farmers, the green papaya refers to papaya that is not ripe, where the skin is still green in colour. Generally, the papaya takes about four months to fully mature and ripe, but there healing effect would be lost after it is fully ripe. Green Papaya should be harvested when the papaya is approximately three months old, when the fruit is still firm, and the “papaya milk” contains high papaya enzyme and other healthy ingredients. Not only the green papaya can be used in tea drinking, you may also cut them into cubes, and boil with the ribs, or even slicing the green papaya into fine long pieces and fried with garlic, very tasty, and no adverse effects on the human body.

We understand how meaningful his first steps are. After all we have our own first too.

Thank you mums for inspiring us to achieve all our industry firsts.

Arms outstretched, you beckon your child to take his first steps toward you. You delight in hearing his babbling turn into his first word. As your love nurtures him, our expertise in nutrition is there to support him. It’s what has driven our commitment over the last 53 years to achieve our own milestones so we can best see your child through his.

Building on a 53-years heritage of firsts

In 1958, we arrived in Malaysia and began our journey of nourishing the nation. Growing from strength to strength, we became a household name, which set into motion a long list of industry firsts.

Our key discovery in 1991 was realizing that children of different ages had different nutritional requirements. This approach to precision nutrition was a new innovation in growing up milk and led to us being the first to introduce 1Plus, 3Plus and 6Plus growing up milk, tailored to each developmental stage.

In 2003, we were the first to fortify our growing up milk with DHA, as part of the Maxi-q system of nutrients.

And in 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 consecutively, our most popular milk, Dugro was named the Brand Laureate Best Brand in the Growing-UP Milk Category.

A focus on Quality

At Dumex, we’re committed to exacting standards of quality. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilitry in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, produces Dumex products that are halal-certified by JAKIM.

In recognition of our stringent production processes, we have achieved ISO 14001 & HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) for the Danone Dumex Quality & Food Safety Management and Danone Dumex Enviromental Management System.

Our close partnership with medical Professionals and nutritional scientists ensures that we are always looking for the next breakthrough. In fact, 220 of them worldwide recognize us as the experts in child nutrition.

It’s little wonder that more Malaysian mums trust us to see their little ones through the most important steps in life.

This is mainly why electricals especially in the bedrooms, should be turned off completely when not in use. Also, microwaved foods should not be eaten immediately. Wait a few minutes as the food continues to be cooked after it has been taken out of the oven.

Dr Charlie Teo, from Australia’s Channel 7’s Last Chance Surgery, says it’s better to avoid electro-magnetic radiation

BRAIN cancer surgeon Charlie Teo has urged people to put mobile phones on loudspeaker, move clock radios to the foot of the bed and wait until microwaves have finished beeping before opening them..

The controversial Sydney specialist told a Melbourne fundraiser that although the jury was still out on mobile phones and other forms of electromagnetic radiation, we should not take risks.
“Even though the jury’s not in, just to err on the side of safety I would try and limit the amount of electromagnetic radiation that you’re exposed to,” he said.

“The American government, for example, recommend that all electrical appliances should be put at the foot of the bed and not the head of the bed.
“Electric blankets should be turned off before you get in bed and definitely wait for those five beeps before you open the microwave.
“With the mobile phone I encourage you to put it on loudspeaker and step outside rather than sticking it up to your brain.”

Dr Teo, who tackles tumours other surgeons deem inoperable, said some hair dyes, particularly red, could also cause brain cancer in people with a predisposition.

“The body needs some genetic predisposition. The hair dye, the mobile phone, they’re just catalysts but you probably need some sort of genetic aberration to get the cancer in the first place,” he said.

Fast cancers
Dr Teo, who stars in Channel Seven’s Last Chance Surgery, was in Melbourne last week for the Blackwood8 fundraiser at Croydon golf club.
The group was founded by family and friends of Sally White, a patient of Dr Teo’s whose outlook has improved dramatically.

Dr Teo said while breast cancer doubled its cell numbers in weeks or months, the quickest brain cancers took just 16 hours.
No age group was immune and the incidence of brain tumours was growing.
“It’s increasing in frequency both in this country and developing countries and it used to be ranked out of the top 10 but it’s just joined the top 10 most common cancers,” he said.

Recent studies have raised alarm bells about mobile phones.
An unreleased World Health Organisation study reportedly found “a significantly increased risk” of some brain tumours related to use of mobile phones for 10 years or more.
A Suleyman Demirel University study in Turkey also found wearing a mobile phone on your belt may lead to decreased bone density in an area of the pelvis commonly used for bone grafts.

Dr Teo said there had been some advancements in treating tumours, like microwave therapy and putting chemotherapy directly into a tumour. A healthy diet, meditation and positive thought could also be beneficial.
“We believe that they probably boost the immune system,” he said.

Dr Teo’s tips to reduce brain tumour risks

Get eight hours sleep a night and eat well to boost your immune system

Keep electrical appliances like clock radios at the foot of the bed

Turn electric blankets off before retiring

Put mobile phones on hands-free

Wait until the microwave finishes beeping before opening it .

Back, neck and shoulder pain is the natural result of prolonged sitting at work behind a computer, as is bad posture. This can cause headaches and excessive tension in neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, wrists, back, hips, thighs and legs. The result is increased fatigue to the muscles and ligaments supporting the lower back and this can eventually lead to tissue injury and spinal joint dysfunction. Avoid these problems by posture correction, exercise and correct use of equipment.

Symptoms of back problems due to excessive computer use include:

Back and neck muscle spasm and pain

Back and neck soft tissue inflammation

Back, neck and shoulder pain on movement and involvement of other muscles as a reaction

Referred pain to buttocks and thighs or up the spine

Preventing back and neck pain while sitting is not an exact science as there are many differing opinions on the subject. However, there are some common denominators on which most chiropractors and other medical professionals agree:

Tips to Prevent Computer Related Neck and Shoulder Pain

Do not slouch in front of the computer or lie in bed and work on a laptop.

Do not work for hours in front of a computer without breaks.

Do not ignore back twinges and back pain, hoping that the problem will resolve itself.

Avoid taking pain or anti-inflammatory medication when in pain from using a computer. This will serve to mask the symptoms but can lead to serious injury or permanent nerve damage in the long term.

Do not sit on one leg or sit with legs crossed as this causes additional strain to the back.

Do not perch a laptop on the lap and stare down at the screen – this places extra strain on the neck, spine and arms.

Buy a chair that encourages you to use your back muscles, such as a stool chair with no back or arm rests. Lower back pain can be reduced or eliminated by strengthening the lower back muscles through active sitting exercises.

Buy an ergonomic keyboard and mouse and ensure that the height is adjusted appropriately.

Have a break every hour and do stretching exercises like neck rolls, chin tucks, cupping head in hands behind the head and extension exercises.

Visiting a Chiropractic Clinic

A chiropractor is a medical professional who treats spinal column dysfunction. Back and neck pain may be the result of the back being badly aligned and the chiropractor sets out to relieve the problem by manual manipulation, exercise, massage and the application of heat, cold and light.

Massage Therapy to Relieve Back and Neck Pain

If done correctly, massage therapy can help to relieve back pain and tension. It is best to find a therapist trained in techniques that address back pain issues and has a knowledge of muscle imbalances relating to back pain, such as sports injuries. Massage therapy should never be considered a substitute for proper medical attention where there are serious back problems.
