A beacon of excellence
LAST year, Beaconhouse celebrated 35 years of excellence in the education industry. Within this period, Beaconhouse has grown from a single Montessori centre to over 480 schools and 196,000 students in nine countries, providing education from preschool, private school and even up to university level.
Beaconhouse regards its teachers as its greatest asset. A notable quality of Beaconhouse is the training provided to its teachers. The accredited trainers are from the University College Plymouth St. Mark and St. John UK. This ensures that all Beaconhouse teachers are well-prepared to meet the expectations of students and also ensure consistency within the expanding group.
A testimony to this would be the recognition by the National Association of Private Educational Institutions which awarded Beaconhouse the NAPEI Excellence Award for the Private School Category 2010.
As Beaconhouse is owner-operatied and not a franchise, quality is emphasized in all aspects of teaching, maintenance of facilities and recruitment of teachers.
Beaconhouse is now available in Klang and Cheras with the integration of Sri Lethia and Sri Murni private schools into the Beaconhouse group. Beaconhouse now has three private schools and six preschools in the Klang Valley. The children who attend Beaconhouse preschools are assured a place in the private schools.
At Beaconhouse, the learning experience is enlivened with numerous school activities. Every year, students go on exciting excursions, take part in brilliant plays, participate in charitable activities and sporting competitions. One popular activity is the Beaconhouse Idol which amaze teachers and parents when students unleash their talent.
