SINCE its inception, East Asia Institute of Management (also known as EASB) has risen to its current prominence as one of Singapore’s top Private Education Institutions (PEI). This signifies another move away from EASB traditional management programmes which started in 2008 when it first launched the Queen Margaret University’s Bachelor in Nursing (Post-Registration) programme (accredited by the Singapore Nursing Board) and later in 009, University of Wales Institute Cardiff’s Bachelor in Applied Psychology (which also consists of a certificate, diploma and advanced diploma).
EASB is also working to enhance their programme offerings in the Art & Design and Applied Health in the area of physiotherapy.
Caring for students’ welfare
EASB is among the first batch of Private Education Institutions to be awarded the EduTrust Singapore certification for maintaining the best education standards for students’s welfare and attaining greater heights of excellence.
To be EduTrust-Certified, PEIs must be robust in their academic systems and processes, and attain quality standards in the delivery of education. It is also an assurance to the local and international students, parents and stakeholders who may have been concerned over academic quality, proper student fee protection and overall school management.
